Pipe Cooking with Flash Vacuum Chamber(FCC)

The plant is comprised of cooker, flash-off chamber, feeding pump, discharge pup, vacuum system, and automatic steam control system. All the cooking parameters are controlled via a PLC controller. The mass is transported via the loading and unloading pumps controlled by frequency inverters.

• Installation for carefully controlled and continuous production of high boiled sugar masses based on a two-phase working cycle, cooking and vacuuminizing. The plant offers high flexibility in producing different sorts of hard candies;
• The plant is capable of producing a variety of masses, plain hard candy, as well as sugar-free masses;
• Vacuum flash-off chamber with the provision for lactic acid feeding;
• The plant offers a light-colored mass for milky products, can make the candy more clear,  no air bubble inside;
