The plant can continuously produce various kinds of chocolate or compound “buttons”, “whirls”, “starts”, “shells”, chips etc.
- Food standard Stainless steel 304 made;
- PLC controlled, electrical panel, and touch screen;
- Adopts servo-motors, cylinders, and going tracing device;
- Minimum & Maximum size of the chocolate chips for each nozzle is 0.3g~2.5g;
- Chocolate drops are deposited on a belt conveyor;
- Chocolate depositor has water jacket and heated by hot water;
- With wheels.
